Francesco Dalla Balla

Francesco Dalla Balla is a post-doctoral research fellow in Public law at the Law Faculty of Trento University. He has got Ph.D. cum laude in Law, Market and Person at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice and he has been visiting researcher at the University Complutense in Madrid and at the Spanish Constitutional Court. He has published in national and international peer-reviewed law journals mainly in the fields of constitutional and administrative law. His main research interests and publications lie in the fields of law and market, biolaw and electoral law.
