He is currently confirmed researcher in Administrative Law at the University of Bologna, Department of Law. He has carried out various researches concerning the public cultural heritage and public-private partnership. He has recently been investigating the juridical nature of locksmiths in relation to the applicability to them of the anti-corruption legislation. Over the years he has written several articles as well as a monograph on public cultural heritage and public-private partnerships with particular attention to sponsorships.
