Antonino Alì is an associate professor of International Law at the Faculty of Law and at the School of International Studies of the University of Trento. He has held research and teaching positions at the University of Milan, Faculty of law and at the University of Geneva, Faculty of law. Prof. Alì is a public international and European Union lawyer with publications on the intersections between international law and European union law. His current research focuses on the interaction between national security and international/European law, economic sanctions and judicial review, foreign direct investments screening, digital surveillance.
