Graduated in law from the University of Rome – La Sapienza cum laude, earned a second level master’s degree from LUISS in administrative law (MIDA).
He published several articles in the field of Admistrative Law and collaborates with editorial offices and newspapers in the legal field. He has participated in research projects and as a speaker at national seminars and lectures.
