She’s currently PhD Candidate in Administrative Law at University of Bologna, Department of Law. Graduated with merit (110/110 cum laude) in 2015, discussing a thesis on “in-house providing”, she conducts a research in the field of legal standing of public bodies, exploring their power to act against (and in order to annul) administrative acts, in accordance with the italian administrative trial like subjective right judgment. Other in-depth topics concern the prison law.
