MULAZZANI Giovanni

He is RTD-b in Administrative Law at the University of Bologna, Department of Legal Studies. After graduating in Law in 2012 at the University of Bologna with a thesis in administrative and commercial law, he obtained a Ph.D. in Administrative Law in 2015. He has been RTD-a at the University of Bologna, Department of Legal Studies. From 2016 he is member of the editorial board of Munus-rivista giuridica dei servizi pubblici review. He carries out his research in the field of administrative law, in particular with regard to economic public law, public services, public-private partnership, public contracts and bank law.
