Francesca Gelli, Ph.D. in Regional Planning and Public Policy is Associate Professor of Political Science at the University Iuav of Venice (Italy). Founder and director of the Postgraduate Specialization Program in Participatory Policy Design, she has been Jean Monnet Chair in European Union Policies (2016–2019) and scientific coordinator of the Ph.D. program in Regional Planning and Public Policies (2014–2018). Recently she edited a book that is the result of international comparative research: “Identifying Models of National Urban Agendas. A View to the Global Transition”, Palgrave Macmillan, 2022 (with Matteo Basso).
